The service
FinakNow (the website finaknow.com and the app) is a local directory run by FinakNow: shops, craftsmen, health, public offices, pharmacies on duty, opening hours and news, city by city. Browsing is free and needs no account. By using the service you accept these terms.
The information shown
We do our best to keep the information correct: business owners manage their listings and our team checks them. But opening hours, phone numbers or duty rotas can change without us knowing. In an emergency, call the emergency services directly (Police 19, Fire 15, Ambulance 141, Gendarmerie 177) and, when in doubt, call the business before you go. The service does not replace medical advice.
Business account
- You must be 18 or older and give correct information.
- You keep your password to yourself and are responsible for what is done with your account.
- You may only add businesses that you run or for which you have the owner’s permission.
- You can delete your account at any time from Delete my account.
What you publish
You remain the owner of the texts and photos you add. You allow us to show them free of charge on the website, in the app and in shared links for as long as the listing is online. You confirm that you have the right to publish them.
You may not publish false or misleading information, content that is illegal, offensive or infringes the rights of others, advertising unrelated to the business, or try to disrupt the service (bots, mass submissions, getting around limits).
Checks and removal
The team may check, correct, refuse, hide or remove a listing, content or account that breaks these terms or seems incorrect, for example after a report. Where possible, we let you know.
Reports
Every listing has a button to report a mistake. Please use it in good faith: abusive reports may be ignored.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. We may change it, interrupt it for maintenance or stop certain features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by incorrect information supplied by a third party, an interruption of the service, or your dealings with a business.
Ownership
The FinakNow name, logo and design of the service belong to us. You may not copy the address database in bulk or reuse it commercially without our permission.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Moroccan law. If translations differ, the French version prevails. Questions? contact@finaknow.com.
