Frequently asked questions
How the site works, in a few short answers.
Using the site
What is this site?
FinakNow brings together the town’s places: shops, craftsmen, health, public services. You see straight away what is open, the on-duty pharmacy and the news.
Is it free?
Yes, for residents and businesses alike. You don’t need an account to look up a place.
Are the opening hours reliable?
Businesses manage their own hours and our team checks the listings. “Confirmed open” means someone from the team checked on the spot or by phone. If in doubt, call before you go.
How do I know which pharmacy is on duty?
The pharmacy on duty right now is shown in red at the top of every page. The “On-duty pharmacies” page also shows the next shifts, from the official schedule.
How do I save a place?
Tap the heart on a place. You will find it under “My favourites” (the heart at the top of the page). Favourites stay on this phone, no account needed.
Can I put the site on my phone like an app?
Yes. On Android, open the browser menu and choose “Add to Home screen”. On iPhone, tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”.
Does it work without internet?
Partly. Pages you have already opened, including the on-duty pharmacy, stay readable offline. “Open now” needs internet to be up to date.
In which languages?
In Arabic, French, English, Dutch and Spanish. Switch with the ع / FR / EN / NL / ES buttons at the top of the page.
