What is deleted
- Your account: name, business name, phone, e-mail and password.
- Draft listings that were never published.
- Your logins in the app: you are logged out everywhere.
What stays
- Listings that are already online stay in the directory, no longer linked to you, because residents rely on them. Want them removed too? Tell us and we will delete them.
- Favourites are stored on your phone; remove them by clearing the site or app data.
How to do it
- On this page: log in, then confirm with your password. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
- On the website or in the app: My space → My profile → Delete my account.
- Can no longer log in? Write to contact@finaknow.com from the account’s e-mail address, or give the account’s phone number. We delete it within 30 days.
